I don’t accept insurance or submit claims directly. However, if you have a PPO or POS plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider prior to our meetings to understand what they will or will not cover.
What you need to know:
Check with your insurance provider about out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy.
Ask what percentage is reimbursed and whether you have an out-of-network deductible.
Upon request, I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Do I need to reach my deductible limit before mental health services can be reimbursed?

What percentage of the therapy fee is reimbursed using CPT code 90834?
Is there a max dollar reimbursement amount per year?
Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered per year?
Understanding Submission Process:
- How do I submit my superbills (receipts) that my therapist gave me?
Is there any other information I need to provide?
How do I receive my reimbursement payments?

Life happens, I get it. I’m happy to reschedule or cancel sessions with advance notice.
However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

Things to keep in mind:
Sessions are 50 minutes.
Please be in a private, quiet space, just you and the screen.
You must be physically located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or New Hampshire during sessions, per licensing laws.

I offer a free 15-minute consultationcall to learn what you’re looking for and to help us both determine if we’re a good fit.
If you decide to move forward:
I’ll send you brief paperwork to complete before our first session.
Our first session is mostly about getting to know you: your history, your current struggles, and what you'd like to work on.
We'll also begin to clarify your therapy goals and outline how we’ll move forward together.
I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions to build momentum and create meaningful change. Frequency can be adjusted later based on your needs and progress.
