You might be wondering why it’s so hard to just feel ok.

You want peace and happiness, but instead, you:

  • wake up already anxious and spend the day with your thoughts spiraling

  • struggle to prioritize tasks, or your own needs, because you are always there for everyone else

  • Constantly overthink what you said, apologize too much, or try to keep the peace to avoid conflict

  • Fell misunderstood, judged, or just… exhausted from holding it all together

You may even question: “Will I ever feel better or is this just who I am now?”

It doesn’t have to stay this way.

Whether your anxiety built slowly over time or hit hard after a major life change, one thing is clear: You’re doing everything you can but it still doesn’t feel like enough.

You’re overwhelmed. You’re tired of overthinking every interaction. You’re ready for something to shift.

Hi, I’m Emily.

I know what it’s like to be the person who is trying to look like she has it all together. When it feels like everything falls on you, or you could just do it quicker and better yourself, you keep pushing through, all while wondering how you’re going to keep up and occasionally fantasizing about being on vacation somewhere far away from all your responsibilities. As a therapist and a mom, I get how hard it can be to do it all, get it right, and still find some room for yourself.

I help busy women find relief from the pressure to do it all and do it right.

Using coping strategies backed by science and having a place where you feel seen and heard, I’ll help you:

  • Calm those spiraling thoughts

  • Stop doubting yourself at every turn

  • Build confidence in who you are and what you need

  • Feel more like you again, without the pressure to be perfect

Giving you the practical tools to make meaningful change and
help you feel more grounded and more like yourself again.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You don't need to know exactly what's wrong, what kind of therapy you need, or even where to start. Maybe you just know that you're tired of feeling this way and something needs to change.

We'll start there. Together, we'll figure out what's feeling hardest, what you need right now, and whether I'm the right person to help.

What Working Together Looks Like

1. Start with a free consultation

We'll talk through what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping will feel different, and what you need right now. We'll see if we're a good fit. No pressure, just a real conversation.

2. Build tools that bring relief

You don't have to wait months to start making changes. We'll work together to find strategies that help quiet the overthinking, manage anxiety, and make everyday life feel a little more manageable.

3. Go deeper when you’re ready

Once you feel more grounded, we'll look at what's underneath the patterns you're struggling with and how you got here. From there, we'll work toward meaningful changes that help you feel more confident, understand yourself better, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Why Work with Emily

Therapy should be more than having someone listen while you talk about what's hard. It should help you understand what's going on, feel better, and make changes that actually carry into your everyday life.

Practical, not one-size-fits-all

We'll find strategies that make sense for you and your life, not a list of things you have to add to your already-full plate.

Supportive and honest

You'll have a place where you can be completely yourself, without judgment, while also having someone who will help you look at things differently when you're ready.

Real-life focused

The goal isn't to become a different person or have a perfectly calm life. It's to help you feel more confident, adaptable, and able to handle what comes your way.

Skills + deeper understanding

We'll work on what can help you feel better now while also making space to understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that brought you here.

You don’t have to keep wondering if it will always feel this way.

Let’s work together to help you feel calm, confident, and clear again.
