  • I don’t accept insurance or submit claims directly. However, if you have a PPO or POS plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

    What you need to know:

    • Check with your insurance provider about out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy.

    • Ask what percentage is reimbursed and whether you have an out-of-network deductible.

    • Upon request, I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • Life happens—I get it. I’m happy to reschedule or cancel sessions with advance notice.

However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • All sessions are held online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link to a virtual waiting room and be admitted at the session start time.

    Things to keep in mind:

    • Sessions are 50 minutes.

    • Please be in a private, quiet space—just you and the screen.

You must be physically located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or New Hampshire during sessions, per licensing laws.

  • I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to learn what you’re looking for and to help us both determine if we’re a good fit.

If you decide to move forward:

    1. I’ll send you brief paperwork to complete before our first session.

    2. Our first session is mostly about getting to know you—your history, your current struggles, and what you'd like to work on.

    3. We'll also begin to clarify your therapy goals and outline how we’ll move forward together.

I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions to build momentum and create meaningful change. Frequency can be adjusted later based on your needs and progress.

  • The No Surprises Act gives you the right to receive a written estimate of the total cost of services.
You’ll receive this estimate before starting therapy so there are no financial surprises.
